Directed and co-written by Sara Colangelo (Little Accidents), The Kindergarten Teacher is about a NYC teacher who becomes obsessed with a young boy who she believes is a child prodigy. Now lets pump the breaks for a quick second, on HBO Maggie Gyllenhaal is a "lady of the night" but on Netflix she is a kindergarten teacher, nice to see she has cleaned up her act in 2018. In all seriousness, this Netflix original film is doing extremely well as far as critics are concerned so I am looking forward to checking it out.
